Scope and Acceptance:
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Konstantinos Paraskevas (hereafter "Sprig Labs," "we," "us," or "our") and any consumer (hereafter "you" or "customer") who makes a purchase through the website https://sprig-labs.com. By completing an order, you explicitly agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
Ordering Process and Contract Conclusion:
Placing an Order: You add products to your cart, provide your details, and select a payment method. Before finalizing, you can review, correct, or change your order at any time.
Contract Conclusion: After you click the "Order with Obligation to Pay" button, we will send you an automated email acknowledging your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order. The purchase contract is only concluded when we send you a second email confirming that your order has been shipped.
Prices, Payment, and Delivery:
Prices: All prices are in Euros (€) and include the applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed separately before you confirm your order.
Payment: We accept payments via Stripe, PayPal, credit card. We do not charge any additional payment surcharges.
Delivery: The estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days for in-stock items. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
Right of Withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a person you nominate) receive the goods.
How to Exercise Your Right:
To withdraw, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email to info@sprig-labs.com). You can use the Model Withdrawal Form, but it is not obligatory.
Effects of Withdrawal:
Refund: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any supplementary costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method). We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used.
Deadline: We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification.
Return Costs: You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery.
Digital content (e.g., 3D model files, firmware, build plans) that you have explicitly consented to be downloaded before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
Legal Guarantee for Non-Conformity
Under Greek Law 2251/1994, if the goods we deliver are defective or do not conform to the contract, you have the right to have the goods brought into conformity free of charge by repair or replacement, or to have the price reduced or the contract rescinded (a full refund). This legal guarantee is valid for two years from the date of delivery.

These T&Cs and all contracts concluded through our website are governed by Greek law, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ to resolve disputes.
Amendments:
We reserve the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. The version that is valid at the time you place your order will apply to your contract. You can view the current T&Cs at any time on this page.
License:
Unless otherwise stated, Konstantinos Paraskevas and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Sprig Labs. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Sprig Labs for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
